The purchase of a vehicle, and the corresponding expenditure, by its very nature, is a stressful event. However, I can tell you that this experience has been one of the lowest stress high-value purchases I have ever made. Drew was very professional, assessing my needs and desires, yet friendly at the same time - a very difficult balance. I felt I was treated with respect and courtesy, unfortunately all too rare in today's retail environment.
And the other staff that were part of the process, Yones and Richard, were equally a pleasure to deal with.

" I brought in my Jeep first thing Wednesday morning for its regular check-up and ask for a 4 pm ready time. When I got back to your garage at approx. 4:10pm my Jeep was not ready. As I had another job to get to at 6pm, I was very upset and frustrated. Richard at the Service Counter went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle would be ready by 4:30pm as it was the absolute latest time that I could leave. First of all, awesome price. By far the best deal I ever made on a new car. Second, Ian/Michele and yourself were fun to deal with. Everything was smooth and easy. Third, your detailing people are doing something right. I'll have to get a black light to see any imperfections. And last, the delivery. You know how worried I was about getting it home reasonably clean. It was way better than I ever would have expected from being hauled in an open carrier. It arrived clean and shiny. The driver that Ian arranged for was awesome. Dealt with a tricky, icy driveway, and dropped the car right in the garage bay.
