I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how satisfied I was with my recent vehicle purchase experience at Metro Chrysler.

This extends from the minute I walked into the dealership, and met Drew McManus, until the time I picked up the vehicle, last Friday, February 17th.

The purchase of a vehicle, and the corresponding expenditure, by its very nature, is a stressful event. However, I can tell you that this experience has been one of the lowest stress high-value purchases I have ever made. Drew was very professional, assessing my needs and desires, yet friendly at the same time - a very difficult balance. I felt I was treated with respect and courtesy, unfortunately all too rare in today's retail environment.

And the other staff that were part of the process, Yones and Richard, were equally a pleasure to deal with.

As I had another job to get to at 6pm, I was very upset and frustrated. First of all, awesome price. By far the best deal I ever made on a new car. Second, Ian/Michele and yourself were fun to deal with. Everything was smooth and easy.
